Integration / Desktop Functionality

The RightFAX Fax e-Document Delivery System operates on a Windows 2000 Server, and has been certified by Microsoft as a fully integrated product. RightFAX allows the Desktop User to manage all inbound and outbound faxing from the Outlook e-mail interface. Users can fax directly from CRM, Word, Excel, Database, or virtually any Microsoft Windows supported application. Users can remotely manage faxes from anywhere in the world via the Web Client.

RightFAX Desktop functionality includes custom cover sheets, custom cover notes, fax blasting, fax libraries, fax on demand, embedded signatures, fax accounting reports, certified delivery functions, and time of day routing.

Back Office e-Document Delivery

RightFAX production modules enable electronic delivery of business critical documents such as purchase orders, invoices, statements, and marketing materials. RightFAX can create the documents from database information, and in turn deliver the documents by e-mail or fax. These functions can be performed automatically, unattended, and cost effectively. The RightFAX IP Plus Connector provides access to 6000 virtual ports to allow fax delivery via a secure IP connection over the Internet.
