COMPANY HISTORY

Established in 1986, Spectrum Voice Technologies, Inc. pioneered Automated Call Processing, Voice Messaging, and IVR technology for the Health Care Industry. During the first 14 years, Spectrum developed and / or implemented over 400 Customer installations. Throughout this process, meeting customer expectations and providing excellent customer service have always been our primary goals.

After 14 years in the premise System business, Spectrum began migrating toward becoming a service based company. Building on our experience, in 2000 Spectrum launched one of the first Web Based Telephony Tracking Systems for the Home Care industry. During the last 10 years, Spectrum’s TeleTrack System has become an industry standard. During this time frame, Spectrum’s TeleTrack System has monitored over 8 million Home Care visits.

With the assistance of Home Care Industry expert Chris Callahan, Spectrum has now completed the first phase development of a fully integrated Home Care Scheduling System. During development, the emphasize has been on ease of use, while incorporating the essential elements required to support a growing Home Care Agency environment.
